1. About AMC-AI

AMC-AI provides preventive health screening services using comprehensive ultrasonography combined with artificial intelligence-assisted analysis and review by qualified medical professionals.

AMC-AI services are intended to assist in identifying findings that may warrant further medical evaluation.

2. Nature of the Screening

The AMC-AI Full-Body Preventive Ultrasound Scan is a screening service.

The examination may include multiple organs and anatomical areas depending on the patient’s sex, individual circumstances, and the screening protocol being performed.

Ultrasound is non-invasive and does not use ionizing radiation.

Artificial intelligence may be used to assist with analysis of information obtained during the examination. AI does not independently make the final medical interpretation. Findings are reviewed by a qualified medical professional.

3. Limitations of Screening

No medical screening examination can identify every disease, abnormality, cancer, or other medical condition.

A normal AMC-AI screening result does not guarantee that a patient is free from cancer, cardiovascular disease, or any other medical condition.

Certain diseases or abnormalities may not be detectable by ultrasound, may not be visible at the time of examination, or may require other diagnostic methods such as mammography, CT, MRI, laboratory testing, biopsy, endoscopy, or other examinations.

The AMC-AI screening is not intended to replace medical care recommended by your physician or other healthcare professional.

4. Screening Is Not Emergency Medical Care

AMC-AI does not provide emergency medical services through its website or preventive screening program.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or symptoms that may require immediate medical attention, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.

Do not delay necessary medical treatment while waiting for an AMC-AI screening appointment or report.

5. Findings and Follow-Up Care

Your screening may identify an abnormality or finding that warrants additional evaluation.

If additional evaluation is recommended, you are responsible for discussing the finding with your physician or another appropriate healthcare professional and obtaining any recommended follow-up examinations, diagnostic testing, consultations, or treatment.

AMC-AI’s screening service does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, medical outcome, or treatment result.

6. Artificial Intelligence

AMC-AI may use artificial intelligence and other software tools to assist healthcare professionals in analyzing information obtained during the screening.

AI-assisted analysis is an additional tool and does not replace professional medical review.

The final report provided to the patient is subject to review by a qualified medical professional.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase and receive AMC-AI screening services unless AMC-AI expressly agrees otherwise and appropriate consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

AMC-AI may determine that the screening is not appropriate for a particular individual or may recommend that an individual seek another form of medical evaluation.

8. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving at the scheduled location at the scheduled time.

Patients must follow any preparation instructions provided before the examination. Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect the quality of the examination and may require rescheduling.

9. Prices and Payment

The applicable price will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Any valid promotional discount will be applied before the final amount due is confirmed.

Payment may be made using the payment methods offered by AMC-AI at the time of purchase.

If third-party financing is selected, financing approval, payment schedules, and financing terms are governed by the applicable financing provider’s agreement with the patient.

AMC-AI does not guarantee approval for third-party financing.

10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to your purchase will be disclosed during the booking or payment process.

AMC-AI may reschedule an appointment when necessary because of circumstances affecting the availability of the facility, equipment, or medical personnel.

If AMC-AI cannot provide the purchased service and an acceptable alternative appointment cannot be arranged, the patient will be entitled to a refund of amounts paid for the service that AMC-AI is unable to provide.

11. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, deadlines, limitations, and promotional rules.

Where separate promotional rules are provided, those rules form part of the terms applicable to that promotion.

Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Accuracy of Patient Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling and receiving AMC-AI services.

Relevant information provided by you may be used by healthcare professionals in connection with your examination and report.

You are responsible for informing AMC-AI personnel of information that may be relevant to safely and appropriately performing the examination.

13. Medical Records and Reports

AMC-AI and healthcare professionals involved in providing the service may create and maintain records relating to your examination.

Patients may have rights concerning access to their health information under applicable federal and New York law.

Reports and health information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and AMC-AI’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy notices.

14. Privacy

AMC-AI respects the privacy of its patients and website users.

Information submitted through the website and information collected in connection with AMC-AI services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and AMC-AI’s Privacy Policy and other applicable privacy notices.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Except for personal use relating to your AMC-AI services, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially use AMC-AI proprietary materials without prior written authorization.
